Welcome to Leelaa Reader. Please read this agreement before registration, login, activation, or use. By using the product, you agree to the full terms.
2. Service Content
Leelaa Reader mainly provides:
- audiobook library management (scan, organize, categorize)
- playback and progress synchronization
- activation licensing and account features
Service scope may change with product iterations.
3. User Conduct
You agree to:
- use the service lawfully
- avoid illegal or abusive behavior
- avoid uploading/distributing content that violates others' rights
- avoid actions that damage service stability or security
Violations may result in access restrictions or termination.
4. Account Security
- Keep account/password/device credentials secure.
- You are responsible for losses caused by your own credential leakage.
- If abnormal login or security risk occurs, contact admins promptly and rotate credentials.
5. Intellectual Property
Software, interface, documentation, and branding assets are legally protected. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
- For failures caused by network issues, device faults, third-party outages, or force majeure, we will attempt recovery but are not liable beyond legal obligations.
- You are independently responsible for content managed/uploaded/synced through this product.
7. Agreement Updates
This agreement may be updated due to business or legal requirements. Updated versions are published on the documentation site. Continued use means acceptance of updates.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation; unresolved disputes may be submitted to competent courts.
