Android

The official Android client supports phones and tablets, offline downloads, background playback, and system media controls.

Download

Open the download page to get the Android APK

The current package targets arm64 Android devices.

Install

1. Download the APK;
2. Open it from the browser download list or a file manager;
3. If unknown-source installation is blocked, grant permission to the current browser or file manager;
4. Return to the installer and complete installation;
5. Open Leelaa Reader.

Connect to the server

Enter a LAN address:

http://192.168.1.10:8686

or an HTTPS domain:

https://reader.example.com

Then enter your server username and password, accept the legal documents, and sign in.

fnOS gateway QR sign-in (experimental)

1. Open and sign in to Leelaa Reader through the fnOS gateway;
2. Generate the App sign-in QR code from the web profile page;
3. Open Network Service Settings in the Android client;
4. Tap + and choose the fnOS QR option;
5. Scan and confirm.

The QR code contains temporary gateway credentials. Do not share screenshots of it.

Troubleshooting

• Verify the device is arm64;
• Re-download incomplete APK files;
• Check unknown-source installation permission;
• Open the same server address in the phone browser to verify connectivity;
• Verify the username and password in the web client.
